What can you expect?
This series is designed to guide teachers, staff, and leaders from educational settings through (un)learning and relearning the complicated history of race and racism in America. Through this series, your team will build relationships and trust through dialogue sessions, activities, readings, and other engaging methods. Lastly, SimplyLead will guide your team through an action driven co designing process to dismantle current systems of oppression to create new modes of operating. This PD series is designed to support school communities in creating a more inclusive and authentic space for all to thrive.

Thriving Together: Nurturing Inclusive Communities through Anti-Bullying Education
How would it look if your entire school was committed to belonging, inclusivity & anti-bullying? In this interactive and immersive workshop, we aim to help your school create an empowered community. Facilitators will guide students and staff through a series of dynamic activities and conversations designed to foster genuine connections, ignite inspiration, and provide practical training. By embracing the principles discussed in the workshop, your school can thrive as an empowered community dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
This workshop can be facilitated for 6th-12th grade students and their teachers. Together, we'll empower you to create a culture of respect, and pave the way for new generations to thrive in an environment that celebrates belonging.
Kindness in Action: A Journey to JUST Kids
Kindness in Action aims to reduce the harm that occurs among children, intentionally or unintentionally, by equipping educators with the resources and practices they need to explicitly prepare children to be kind and JUST. In this workshop series, students will explore topics through storytelling that share the diversity of our community and how they can show up through kindness and empathy to those differences. Staff will be able to gain strategies in having these conversations with their students and continue to build on the work.
This workshop can be facilitated for students in PreK-5th grade or as a training session for teachers to lead sessions in their classrooms. Reach out to learn how your students can become JUST kids!
Coaching
For Teachers/Leaders who Identify as White
Take the first steps to dismantling your internalized racism with a private coach. Unlearn the roots of racism in America and start working towards a path of liberation for all. This coaching series is designed for White people ready to do the hard work.
For Teachers/Leaders who Identify as BIPOC+
This coaching series supports you in unpacking the work and life traumas you have experienced as a person of color. The coaching series is designed and tailored for each individual person and their experiences. Work through work trauma, life trauma and heal from the inside out.
